Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Nspolar Slavic Women ("Nspolar," "we," "us," or "our") at www.nspolar.us, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nspolar governing your use of our international dating services, website, and all related features.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use Nspolar, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
You must not be currently prohibited from using the platform under any prior suspension or termination.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
You must comply with all applicable provisions of the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA), including the disclosure of criminal background history as required by U.S. federal law.

Account Registration

When creating an account on Nspolar, you agree to the following conditions:

Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration - including your name, age, location, photographs, and biographical details - must be truthful and current. Misrepresentation of your identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or deceive other users is a violation of these terms.
Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Nspolar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

User Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

Nspolar is a premium international dating platform designed to foster genuine, respectful connections between American men and marriage-minded Slavic women. All users are expected to treat others with dignity, honesty, and courtesy. Respectful communication is the foundation of every successful relationship, and we hold our members to the highest standards of conduct.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account:

Harassment or Abuse: Sending threatening, abusive, intimidating, or sexually explicit unsolicited messages to any user.
False Information: Providing inaccurate personal details, using fake photographs, or misrepresenting your identity, age, marital status, or intentions.
Financial Scamming: Requesting money, gifts, or financial favors from other users, or engaging in any form of financial exploitation.
Commercial Solicitation: Using the platform to advertise, sell, or promote commercial products, services, or third-party websites.
Inappropriate Content: Uploading obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive material.
Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin.
Underage Misrepresentation: Registering or claiming to be under the age of 18, or interacting with users you believe to be minors.
Interference: Attempting to disrupt, compromise, or reverse-engineer the platform's functionality, security systems, or infrastructure.
Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account or allowing others to use your account.

Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Nspolar, including photographs, biographical text, and messages. However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant Nspolar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except where your content has been shared with other users who have not deleted it.

All Nspolar branding, trademarks, logos, design elements, and proprietary content are the exclusive property of Nspolar and are protected under United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.

Platform Disclaimers

No Guaranteed Outcomes: Nspolar is a communication platform that facilitates introductions between compatible individuals. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, develop a relationship, or achieve marriage through use of our services. Results depend on individual effort, compatibility, and mutual interest between users.

The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nspolar, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the platform or its services.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
Any content obtained from the platform or through interactions facilitated by the platform.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Nspolar's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in membership fees during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or through your account settings. Nspolar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Engagement in prohibited activities as outlined in the User Conduct section.
Receipt of repeated complaints or reports from other users.
Detection of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or suspicious behavior by our security team.
Failure to comply with IMBRA disclosure requirements.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Nspolar is not obligated to refund any prepaid membership fees upon termination for cause.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of our platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

Nspolar fully complies with the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA), a U.S. federal law designed to protect the safety and rights of all parties involved in international dating. As required by IMBRA, we conduct background checks and criminal history disclosures for users of our matchmaking services. International online dating is completely legal in both the United States and Eastern European countries, and thousands of couples successfully follow this legitimate path annually.
